Fennel, Bronze – Foeniculum vulgare ‘Purpureum’ is the red-brown foliage and mustard tinted flowers make this a very attractive version of Fennel. Leaves traditionally used in fish dishes. Use seeds in pickles or as a tea. The fronds are popular with flower arrangers, but must be soaked prior to use.
